Postmaster Paul E. Bolas announced that the first Concord Post Office "Winter in Concord Photo Contest" has ended and the winners have been selected. The contest photos were on display in the lobby of the Concord Post Office where refreshments were served at a reception honoring the contest winners. Well over 60 photos were entered. Concord residents Cherrie Corey and Anne Greenberg, both having extensive backgrounds in photography, served as the judges for the "Concord in Winter Photo Contest" Postmaster Bolas announced the winners of the first annual "Winter in Concord Photo Contest": **Adult Division: Brian Burt **Young Adult Division : Maggie Fisher **Honorable Mention: Emily Wheeler chosen from the Adult Division Paul noted that the winning photos, once selected, were placed into the expert care of Andrea Zall of "Frame-ables".
