Celebrating the Chakras: A talk & trunk show

Chakra enthusiast Marty McCagg will introduce the chakras and discuss how to use color in our daily lives to enhance our moods. Includes a short meditation and stretches.

Also featuring a trunk show of Marty's crystal and semi-precious gemstone chakra jewelry, One Simple Om necklaces by Samantha Goodrich of Sammy Brown Yoga, chakra candles, and chakra-inspired tees by Carrie Forman.
