4. Pippin — ABRHS Musical
When/Where: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at Acton Boxborough Regional High School.
Why Go: See the actors of ABRHS stage this 1972 Broadway production in front of a set designed by Concord architect Tom Peterman.
Pricing: $16 for Friday and Saturday performances, $13 for Sunday performance.
5. Mr. g: A Novel About the Creation
When/Where: Sunday, Feb. 5, 3 p.m. at Concord Bookshop.
Why Go: Local author Alan Lightman will be reading from his latest book, "Mr. g: A Novel About the Creation."
