Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

A Swimmer, Student, Future Engineer

C-C senior enjoys sports in all seasons.

Each week, Concord Patch will select a young person of distinction. This week, we chose Kristen Brozowski, a 17-year-old student at Concord-Carlisle High School. She is a competitive swimmer who hopes to study engineering in college.

Name: Kristen Brozowski

Age: 17  (18 on April 15)

School: Concord Carlisle High School senior  (College is undecided)

  • She is a talented swimmer (varsity 4 years) and volley ball player (varsity 3 years). In swimming, she has been a strong short distance competitor, qualifying for all 4 years at the State tournament in the 50 yard freestyle. She has also been part of the 200 and 400 yard free style relay teams.
  • Key to her awesomeness: She is a strong student whose primary educational interests are Math and Science. Although her college choice is undecided at this point, she plans to major in Engineering. During the summer, you will catch her lifeguarding and teaching swimming at the town pool or at the Beede Center, before spending a week in the outerbanks in North Carolina with her family where she enjoys bogey boarding and body surfing. Between swim meets, she enjoy snowboarding locally and out west with her cousin at Telluride Colorado.
