Fresh off earning State Champion status in the 2012 Massachusetts High School fencing tournament at Buckingham, Brown & Nichols School in Cambridge, the Concord-Carlisle girls fencing team can join their male counterparts, who finished second, in celebrating a successful season.

The CCHS fencing team, which has produced two individual Olympic champions, previously held the state title between 2004 and 2010, before losing last year’s tournament to Dana Hall.
