Where/When: 343 Bedford Rd, Carlisle; 8 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 4
Why Go: Becuase who doesn't love local, fresh produce, hot/iced coffee, baked goods, sweet and savory pantry items, honey, cheese, meats, flowers, hand made crafts and live music.

2. Exhibit of Photos by Storm Chaser Chris Curtis of the West Concord Five and Ten: Opening Reception
Where/When: noa, 86 Commonwealth Ave.; 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4
Why Go: It's opening night of a montlong exihibit in which Chris Curtis, from West Concord 5 & 10 and a well-known storm chaser, will share a collection of dramatic photos from his up-close-and-personal encounters with tornadoes.

3. Treasured Lands Gallery Talk
Where/When: National Heritage Museum, 33 Marrett Road, Lexington; 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4
Why Go: It's your last chance to learn more about "Treasured Lands" photographer Quang-Tuan Luong, the man behind the stunning works depicting the natural beauty of our national parks.

4. Karaoke at Tailgaters
Where/When: 166 Great Rd, Acton; 9 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 4
Why Go: Becuase if not good entertainment, karaoke is always good for a laugh.

5. Antique Truck Show
Where/When: 91 Park St, Hudson; 8 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 5
Why Go: It's the Biggest Antique Truck Show in the state, featuring trucks of all sizes and all ages, some dating back to the early 1900's. Plus, there's a bounce house for kids
