Pottery pieces, which should be ready by Feb. 14, will be discounted for participants -- ranging from $6.50 to $36.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Alcott School Advisory Council at 5:15 p.m., the Thoreau School Adviasory Council at 6:30 p.m. and the Open Space and Recreation Plan Update Committee at 7 p.m.
3. Old Cell Phones for Every Mother Counts: The Attias Group is collecting old cell phones for Every Mother Counts, and you can help by dropping off your unused phones at 48 Thoreau Street between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
5. Could Be Breezy: Should be mostly sunny, and possibly breezy today, with a high of 30, according to the National Weathe Service, which predicts a partly cloudy evening with a low of 14.
