1. Summer Fun Workshops continue at Dabblers today at 10:30 a.m. First there is Paint a Butterfly House (2-day workshop) followed by Paint a Canvas Beach Bag.
2. The Harvey Wheeler Center will be hosting Bridge games today at 1 p.m. Come on down and join the games.
3. Over in Acton, there will be a Dinner Networking Group at 5:30 p.m. on 77 Great Road. Focuses on marketing yourself in interviews.
4. Fall Registration for Community Music Classes continue. Contact the Concord Conservatory at 978-369-0010 if you are interested in signing-up or learning more about a variety of lessons.
5. Today in History: In 1963, President Kennedy gave his, "Ich bin ein Berliner" (I am a Berliner) speech in West Berlin. Unfortunately for the President, "Berliner" in German does not mean from Berlin as he intended. "Berliner" means jelly doughnut, causing the President to make one of the most historic international gaffs by saying, "I am a jelly doughnut."
