Formalizing What Locals Knew to be True: The Massachusetts Cultural Council last week added the Concord Center Cultural District to the list of sites designated as Cultural Districts following approval of the designation at a board meeting last week. In addition to Concord, districts in Lowell, Natick, and Shelburne Falls also received the designation, the MCC said.
