Get Out: 5 Things to Do This Weekend

Why Go: A chance to purchase some of the freshest food in the area along with crafts, art and more.

When/Where: Saturday, July 7, 4 p.m. at the Emerson Playground, Stow Street & Everett Street.

Why Go: This fourth annual celebration and fun run will feature mile long races for all ages. Beginners and elite runners welcome.

When/Where: Saturday, July 7 at 3 p.m. at Barefoot Books on 89 Thoreau St.

Why Go?: A special event devoted to grandparent's and their grandkids. Storytime, pictures and more.

When/Where: Sunday, July 8, 10 a.m. at the Trinitarian Congregational Church, 54 Walden St.

Why Go?: Mubashir Khawaja, an exhange student from Pakistan, will speak about his experiences at home and living in Town concerning spirituality and other matters.

When/Where: Friday and Saturday, July 6 and 7 at 8 p.m. on 400 Littleton Rd. in Westford.

Why Go?: A re-imagining of the popular musical. A hybrid based on the work of T.S. Elliot and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
