CCHS junior Scott Brazina knots the match at 1-1 during the Patriots' 2-1 win over Waltham on Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Concord-Carlisle High's boys varsity soccer team's record improved to to 2-0 with a 2 to 1 victory over Waltham High School on Tuesday, Sept. 11.

About 90 percent of the game was played in the Waltham defensive end, but the Hawks still scored the first goal. It was not until the second half that CC tied the game with a subtle goal from the prolific scoring junior, Scott Brazina (No. 8 in the photo above). Eventualy they went ahead to stay with the brilliant goal by senior Gregoire Fauchet.
