Monday, Jan. 3

12:23 a.m. Police responded to the Colonial Inn where a car was parked with its interior lights on and no driver.

8:17 a.m. Police investigated an accident where a car hit a pedestrian on Thoreau Street. Patient found conscious and alert. Pedestrian transported to Emerson Hospital.

1:46 p.m. Police investigated a two-car crash in front of Crosby's Market with no injuries.

Tuesday, Jan. 4

12:42 a.m. Police responded to suspicious activity on Main Street.

2:09 a.m. Police responded to a crash on Route 2 and Main Street. Paper exchange.

6:13 a.m. A bus driver reported a large amount of trash on Lowell and and Liberty Street.

9:35 a.m. Police spoke to a Shore Drive resident about a dog that was barking for a long time.

12:03 p.m. Police responded to a crash on Baker Avenue. A car was hit in a parking lot. Minor damage.

2:08 p.m. Police got a call about a bank wanting account information to reissue Medicare cards. No personal information was given.

7:52 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Maynard woman on charges of operating with a suspended registration and an uninsured car.

10:57 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Cambridge woman on charges of operating with a suspended license and refusal to identify self.

11:12 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Boston woman on charges of operating an unlicensed, unregistered car.

Wednesday, Jan. 5

8:09 a.m. Police responded to a rear-end accident with no damage.

5:35 p.m. Police investigated a crash on Commonwealth Avenue with one car rolled over. The operator was able to free himself. One driver was cited for impeding operation, failure to yield and failure to use care.

Thursday, Jan. 6

12:09 a.m. Police responded to a disturbance at the 99 Restaurant on Commonwealth Avenue.

12:55 p.m. Police investigated suspicious activity at the West Concord post office.

3:45 p.m. Police responded to the light plant headquarters on Elm Street where cable was taken.

Friday, Jan. 7

7:56 a.m. Police responded to a disabled car on Elm and River streets.

11:06 a.m. Police investigated a crash on Elm and River streets and issued a citation to one driver for failure to use care.

4:12 p.m. Police responded to a possible intoxicated motorist on Thoreau Street.

5:04 p.m. Police got a report that a man may have been robbed while asleep on the train. He got off at the West Concord depot.

Saturday, Jan. 8

7:34 a.m. Police received a noise complaint about work on Old Powder Mill Road.

12:10 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Medford man on charges of operating with a suspended license.

5:17 p.m. Police responded to a disabled car on Route 2 and Main Street.

5:32 p.m. Police responded to teens at Emerson Field who were using the table as a ski jump.

Sunday, Jan. 9

12:40 a.m.  Police respond to suspicious activity on Concord Turnpike.

1:41 a.m. Police issued a citation to an Acton man on charges of operating with a suspended registration and an uninsured vehicle.

3:11 a.m. At the Nine Acre Convenience Store, police arrested a Gardner man on charges of OUI liquor.

1:39 p.m. Police investigated vandalism at the Visitor Center. Photos taken.

2:42 p.m. Police assisted with paper exchange for an accident with minor damage.

4 p.m. Police investigated the report of theft from a pocketbook on Sudbury Road.

2:14 p.m. Police assisted with paper exchange at an accident on Commonwealth Avenue.

4:30 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Concord man on charges of operating witha suspended license.

6:22 p.m. Police investigated vandalism at the First Parish Church. Photos taken.

9:51 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Fitchburg woman on charges of operating with a suspended registration and uninsured car.

10:25 p.m. Police issued a summons to a Shirley woman on charges of speeding and operating with a suspended license.
