The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Sept. 23

Police instructed the caller to leave the store and the responding officer reported the building checked out to be in order, and the open register and unlocked doors appeared to have been the result of neglect while closing up the previous evening.

3:48 p.m. – A Virginia Road resident reported her female black cat had been missing or the past five days.
