Police Log: Fight on the Train; Smashed Windows; Noise Complaints

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.
Summons for Vehicle Violation
At approximately 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Concord Turnpike at Fairhaven Road, resulting in a summons issued for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration.
Fight on the Train
At approximately 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, police were called to Concord Depot for a fight between two male subjects in progress on a train. Police intervened and the scene was cleared.
Vandalism
At 8:15 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8, police received a call from the Pedal and Pose on Beharrell Street reporting vandalism that occurred some time between 10:30 a.m. the day before and 8:30 a.m. that morning.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, police received a call from Debra's Natural Gourmet reporting a smashed window.
At approximately 2:14 p.m. on Sunday, police received a report from To Die For LLC on Beharrell Street stating the windshield and driver's side window of a business van had been broken over night, possibly with a BB gun.
Noise Complaints
Just after 10 a.m. on Sunday, police received a call from a resident of Cranberry Circle in Sudbury reporting the use of heavy equipment at the Nathan Pratt development in violation of an agreement stating no exterior work is to be done on Sundays. Police responded and observed rooms being cleared out with equipment being used to clear debris. Contractors were advised of the agreement. A short while later the reporting party called back, again complaining of work being done. The reporting party was advised that all interior work is permitted.
