Police Log: Harrassing Phone Calls, Suspicious Persons and More
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Feb. 1
8:05 a.m. – A disabled motor vehicle was reported on Route 2 west, prior to Sudbury Road. State Police was notified and planned to respond.
10:29 a.m. – Multiple calls came in reporting a motor vehicle accident at Bedford and Birch streets. Two tows were requested to the scene and two patients were transported by ambulance to Emerson Hospital.
11:56 a.m. – A Concord Greene resident reported receiving a call from someone saying “You better watch yourself,” but told police she did not want to see and officer and preferred to forget the whole thing.
2:34 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a woman nearly being hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk on Commonwealth Avenue in West Concord.
4:31 p.m. – An Old Marlboro Road resident reported receiving an annoying phone call from a neighbor the previous Monday.
10:24 p.m. – A Nashoba Road resident reported seeing two white men walking on her street, and requested the area be checked for suspicious activity as she did not recognize the men.
