Police Log: Neighbor Suspected of Vandalism; Missing Road Sign

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.
Suspicious Activity
Just after 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 4, police checked on an open window at the Red Barn on Lowell Road. According to police the window looked at first like it may have been forced open. Upon further investigation, it was determined to have been weather related, as the building is in bad shape. The Middlesex School was notified to re-board the window.
Neighbor Suspected of Vandalism
At approximately 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday, police received a call from a Harrington Avenue resident reporting his mailbox vandalized by a neighbor's son.
Summons for Vehicle Violations
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Road, resulting in a summons issued for operating a vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration, and an uninsured and unregistered vehicle.
Missing Road Sign
Just before 12 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5, police received a call from the Concord Public Works Department reporting theft of the Martin Road street sign.
