Police Log: Suspended License, Suspicious Activity

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

 

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.

Suspended License

Concord Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at 3:16 p.m. on Feb. 2 in the area of 1000 Concord Turnpike. After conducting the stop, officers arrested 24-year-old Karen Archer of Ayer. She was charged with operating with a suspended license.

Suspicious Activity

An employee of the Dunkin’ Donuts at the Concord Turnpike Sunoco contacted police at 3:43 a.m. on Feb. 3 to report a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The caller said that a silver SUV was parked in the lot and she was nervous to enter the store.

Police responded to the area and found the SUV to belong to a man in the military who was looking for an open gas station before heading to the airport. An officer escorted the man to a nearby gas station.

OUI Arrest

After conducting a motor vehicle stop in the area of Concord Turnpike and Walden Street at 11 p.m. on Feb. 4, officers arrested 22-year-old Joseph West of Shirley. He was charged with a marked lanes violation and OUI liquor.
