Police Log: OUI Arrest; Vandalism to Town Property; Dumpster in the Road

The following incidents were documented in the Concord Police logs.
OUI Arrest
At approximately 3 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, Concord Police were notified by Lincoln Police of a vehicle parked at a location on Concord Turnpike. Concord Police responded and placed Zynetta D. Boseman, 46, of Jamaica Plain, under arrest for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and receiving stolen process in excess of $250.
Vandalism to Town Property
Shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, police were called to the sanitary landfill on Walden Street for a report of vandalism to the DPW building and sanitary landfill sometime since the previous Saturday night. Police responded and observed "numerous broken windows and smashed fluorescent bulbs."
Dumpster in the Road
Shortly before 2 p.m. on Monday, police received a report of a dumpster in the road at the intersection of Belknap and Grant streets. Police responded and observed the dumpster in front of a Grant Street address. It was determined to not be a hazard.
Summons for Traffic Offense
At approximately 2 p.m. on Monday, police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Union Turnpike, resulting in a summons issued for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
