Police Log: Pet Peeves and a Sholess Boy Spotted
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Oct. 15
2:06 p.m. – A Carlisle man reported a white beagle was missing from his residence, which is near the Concord line.
2:18 p.m. – Police responded to Emerson Hospital and requested additional units to the emergency room for an allegedly out-of-control patient.
4:54 p.m. – A Concord man turned in a wallet he reportedly found on a path near Fairhaven Hill Road.
5:18 p.m. – Police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Route 2 west near the Papa Razzi restaurant.
7 p.m. – A Concord woman requested to speak with a dog officer regarding a fight her pet got into earlier in the evening with another dog.
7:03 p.m. – A Peter Spring Road resident called to complain that a neighbor’s dog was always running loose.
7:51 p.m. – A Valley Road resident reported that she and another person in her house were hearing what sounded like doors opening, although they did not witness anyone else inside the house.
7:54 p.m. – A passerby reported driving past a young, shoeless boy walking alone on the sidewalk along Lexington Road. Police checked the area, but did not locate the child in question.
8:22 p.m. – An officer radioed in reporting a backpack was turned in to him in the area of Bedford Street and Prescott Road.
