Police Log: Suspicious Persons and Found Objects

The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Thursday, July 26

3:24 a.m. – Police checked on a potentially suspicious vehicle in the West Concord Train Depot, but it turned out to be a person who was waiting on a friend.

6:54 a.m. – A caller reported she found a MasterCard in front of Middlesex Savings Bank on Main Street.

6:58 a.m. – A caller reported finding a loose set of keys near Emerson Field.

9:50 a.m. – A caller from Farfalle Italian Market at Concord Crossing reported finding a bicycle there.

1:12 p.m. – A parking complaint came in regarding a bus allegedly idling while parked on Main Street in Concord Center.

3:04 p.m. – A Dorchester resident was summonsed for operating with a suspended license and a red light violation following a traffic stop in the area of Concord Turnpike and Elm Street.

4:03 p.m. – A Holdenwood Road resident reported receiving a call from “General Electric” advising that he had won some kind of free security system.

4:52 p.m. – A Crest Street resident reported a suspicious motor vehicle in the area, which she described as an older model black sedan with a 20-year-old driver who appeared to be taking pictures of a house in the area.
