Concord police reported a power outage about 11:15 a.m. on Sunday that affected the town and roadways from Route 2 at Crosby's Corner to the Bedford line.
Early reports stated that a transformer had "blown" at Crosby's Corner, where Route 2 makes a hard right to Concord from Lincoln. State troopers were called to the area to direct traffic.
The Concord Fire Department updated its report at 1:05 p.m. to say crews were still working to repair the transformer. The department expected to have things back to normal by early afternoon.
By 12:50 p.m. the power had returned to at least one resident of Old Bedford Road and Bedford Street.
