Sports Star O’Brien Picks Boston College
O’Brien has excelled on the soccer field and basketball court.
As one of Concord-Carlisle’s standout basketball players and an All-America soccer star, Andrea O’Brien left many wondering where she would take her skills after high school. The answer, according to the Boston Globe, is Boston College.
The Globe reported that O’Brien chose B.C. after also considering Virginia and Georgetown.
O’Brien, who as a sophomore was ranked in the top 10 in the state as a soccer player, brought the Patriots to the sectional quarterfinals with 37 goals and 10 assists.
