You Pick: Best Sandwich in Concord

Vote in this week's "Best Of" poll and defend your choice in the comments section below. Then check back Friday for the winner.

Who doesn’t love a good sandwich? In a town of many eateries, there are several options for Concord sandwich fans, but which shop serves up the best meat (or veggies) between two slices of bread?

Do you prefer to sit down with a nice cup of coffee and a sandwich at Nashoba Brook Bakery or Dabblers Café? Maybe you enjoy kicking back at Trails End Café, Main Street Market or Sally Ann Food Shop.

As many residents already know, The Cheese Shop is not simply known for cheese, and New London Style Pizza is a favorite place for many to pick up a grinder.

Sometimes the best sandwich comes when you want to get lunch fast, which is where West Concord Supermarket and White Hen Pantry come in handy.

So where’s your go-to lunch location? Please select your favorite sandwich shop from our list. If we left off your favorite, add it in the comments section.

We'll leave the poll up all week then close voting at 9 a.m. Friday. At noon that day, we'll share your top local pick. Then be sure to watch the site over the weekend when we tally up the top votes and announce the shop that got the most rave reviews across all of our Massachusetts sites.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

Geez, that's a tough one -- I'm going with the Cheese Shop because I love their Phil's Phabulous (sp?), but Nashoba Bakery is a VERY close second.

I vote for Verrill Farm "deli" - but it isn't on the list. They have a variety of delicious sandwiches for take out or eaten outside - weather permitting - on one of the picnic tables. The kids can run around and you can relax and visit and enjoy the day. Healthy, local food. Delicious!
