Retail expectations are slowing and the number estimates are coming down - quickly! Tiffany's, Target, Macy's, Kohl's, have all announced a slight rejigging of their numbers.

Economists that follow the sector (dream job for reversecommuter!!!) think that 2013 will be a year of modest spending but upward nonetheless.
