Hi, I'm Allyson Kurker.  I'm an employment attorney in Concord, which means I spend my days advising and counseling businesses about employment laws and practices.

The employment laws in Massachusetts are amongst the strictest in the nation, particularly our wage laws. Over the next week, I'll be posting articles about the Massachusetts wage and hours laws. (I also defend companies if if litigation arises, but that's a different set of articles.)
