Our trained staff has helped thousands of women get in the best shape of their lives and are dedicated to your success.
Our Transformation Program consists of Progressive Weight Training, Interval Cardio, Supportive Nutrition and Accountability.
Get In Shape For Women offers small group personal training for women. 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private upscale studio.
Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, and nutrition coaching, for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
