Come join us for a Sunday afternoon of waltzing and other couple dancing to fabulous live music!
The afternoon starts with a waltz lesson from 2:00 - 3:00, followed by live music for waltzing and other couple dances from 3:00 - 5:30. The band, dance teacher, and dance lesson change each month so see the website for detailed information.
Beginners, experienced dancers, couples and singles all welcome!
To protect the wooden floor and to make turning easier, please change from street shoes to clean shoes, ideally leather-soled, before dancing.
Consider bringing some goodies to share for the refreshment table.
Presented by the Folk Arts Center of New England. A variety of waltz tunes and tempos are played interspersed with different couple dances such as a polka, hambo, schottis, swing, tango, blues, zwiefacher, etc.

Concord Scout House offers rentals for large scout groups, seating up to 200 people. Located within walking distance from Concord Center amidst historical buildings and residential dwellings, the Concord Scout House is an example of Concord's distinctive period architecture. This is a building used for the well being of the community with public dances being held here for the last 40 years.
