 an life.On May 20 we continue to study the words of Old Testament prophe
 t Hosea under the direction of Jim Wood.&nbsp\; Amos and Hosea are the t
 wo earliest Jewish prophets and two of the most relevant today.&nbsp\; B
 oth warned that God knew how the weak were treated by the powerful\, how
  the poor were treated by the rich\; and they and their society would be
  judged. These are also some of the oldest of Old Testament scripture\, 
 but some of the most "advanced" in their theology. Jim Wood is a member 
 of Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord and past Junior Warden.&nbsp\; A 
 graduate of Yale University\, he holds graduate degrees from the State U
 niversity of New York at Buffalo in American and English History.&nbsp\;
  After a career in software development and management\, he became the P
 arish Administrator of the Church of the Advent in Boston in 1997.&nbsp\
 ; He has been a serious\, and largely self-taught\, student of the Bible
  for over twenty years.Trinity's invited Forum speakers come from many w
 alks of life and have addressed all manner of topics. Among our recent t
 opics are pilgrimage\, faith lost and found\, histories and Biblical per
 sons\, death\, dying and grieving\, parenting\, stewardship\, education\
 , and much more.Childcare begins in Trinity's nursery at 9 AM\; Trinity'
 s buildings are fully accessible.&nbsp\;
