A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on July 30 in Concord.

1. Removing Water Chestnut from Local RiversFrom 5 to 8 p.m. this evening, you can join OARS in using canoes to pull water chestnuts out of the water by hand and then dispose of them at a designated shore site. If you need a boat, there's a limited number available on a first come, first served basis. To register, email office@oars3rivers.org or call 978-369-3956. More info, head over here.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, there are no public meetings posted for today

3. ICYMI: In case you missed it yesterday, we shared asked whether folks thought Concord's plans to test out a Sunday afternoon start to annual Town Meeting next spring would lead to increased participation. If you haven't yet, check it out and weigh in with your thoughts.
