We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Aug. 22 in Concord.
1. End of Summer StoryWalk: Looking for a fun activity with the kids today? At 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. today over at the Discovery Museums in Acton, drop by for an end of summer StoryWalk. Staff from The Discovery Museums and First Connections will read a fun story and lead a walk through our outdoor spaces. Get the details here.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, there are no public meetings posted for today.
3. ICYMI: In case you missed it, yesterday we shared the story of local public health officials encouraging Concord residents to take precautions to protect against mosquito bites as West Nile Virus has been detected in nearby communities. If you haven't yet, check it out.

5. Storms are Threatening: Still warm, but with chance of thunderstorms today and a high of 85, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a continued threat of storms overnight and a low of 64.
