1. Concord Solar Challenge Installation: At 11 a.m. this morning, you can drop by the home of Enid and Mark Boasberg at 48 Laws Brook Road, to see the Concord Solar Challenge in action. Get the details here.

Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include a Conservation Coffee at 7:30 a.m., the Council on Aging Board at 5:30 p.m., the Concord Public and Concord-Carlisle Regional school committees at 6 p.m., the Planning Board at 7 p.m., a Fire Department Public Forum--Emergency Medical Service Strategic Plan at 7 p.m., the Library Committee at 7 p.m, the 2229 Main Street Oversight Committee at 7:30 p.m. and the Concord Cultural Council at 7:30 p.m.

4. Concord/Carlisle Girl Scout Fall Sign Up: Local Girl Scout troops are accepting new members. Signups are available online here: www.hergirlscouts.org or in person at the Concord Scout House from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10 or 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
