Concord Orchestra Gets Transcendental Friday Night
We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Oct. 18 in Concord.
1. Concord Orchestra -- The Transcendentalists: The Concord Orchestra will open its 60th anniversary season this Friday night with the world premiere of a newly commissioned work, Fantasy Concerto: Concord Conversations, a triple concerto in which the instruments represent the voices of central figures in Concord’s transcendentalist movement. 2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, there are no public meetings posted for Oct. 18 in Concord.
