Concord Players Need a Few Good Men

We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Sept. 3 in Concord.

1. Special Auditions: The Concord Players are holding special auditions this Sunday, Sept. 8, for men age 18-25 who can sing and move well. Auditions start at 1 p.m. To set up a time, contact Emily Hart at ehart624@gmail.com.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include: the Town Governance Study Committee at 8:15 a.m., the Hugh Cargill Trust Committee at 9:15 a.m. and the Natural Resources Commission at 7 p.m.

5. Looks Like Rain: Showers and thunderstorms are possible early, and then rain is likely today with a high 80, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts more possible showers overnight and a low of 57.
