Green Party Presidential Candidate Visits, Empowering Poor Women of Haiti

1. Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein in Concord: At 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, the Assabet River Valley Chapter of the Massachusetts Green-Rainbow Party will host former Green Party presidential hopeful Jill Stein to discuss a Global Climate Convergence at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center. Get the details here.

Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Nov. 21 include the Heywood Meadow Stewardship Committee at 9 a.m., the Historical Commission at 7 p.m., the Historic Districts Commission at 7 p.m., the Finance Committee at 7:30 p.m. and the Agricultural Committee at 7:30 p.m.
