Ringing in the New Year, Top Stories of 2013 and More

1. It's New Year's Eve! And two downtown restaurants have offered locals the chance to ring in the New Year in style. The Colonial Inn and its Merchants Row restaurants have offered a package that includes dinner, entertainment, an overnight stay and New Year's Day Brunch. And Bondir Concord, the town's newest eatery, took reservations for a special multi-course dinner. 

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, the only public meeting posted for Tuesday, Dec. 31 is the Trails Committee at 8 a.m. at 141 Keyes Road.
