Voice Your Choice for Concord's Future Recreation Needs
What you need to see, do and know on Jan. 16 in Concord.
1. Special Recreation Meeting: At 7 p.m. this Thursday, Jan. 16, the Recreation Department will host a Facilities Strategic Plan public meeting at the Hunt Recreation Center in which a consultant will facilitate and locals can have a voice in future recreation facilities and activities for the town. Call 978-369-6460 to reserve a spot or to learn more information.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Jan. 16 include the the Board of Assessors at 7 p.m. and the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Advisory Committee at 7 p.m.
3. ICYMI: In case you missed it, earlier this week we shared news that Concord's plowed through two-thirds of its snow and ice budget for the season, but potholes don't appear to be a problem here. If you haven't yet, check it out.

5. Showers, Maybe: There's a chance of showers today, with a high of 42, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts possible rain or snow overnight, and a low of 27.
