Yale Alley Cats Come to Concord, Meetings and More

We've got five things you need to see, do and know on Aug. 20 in Concord.

1. Yale Alley Cats Performing in ConcordCarlisle resident Sam Petrie and other members of the renowned a cappella group, The Yale Alley Cats, will be performing at 7:30 p.m. this evening, at the Trinitarian Congregational Church. 2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Town Governance Study Committee at 8:15 a.m., the Municipal Light Board at 2 p.m. and the Comprehensive Sustainable Energy Committee at 7 p.m. 

3. ICYMI:

4. Military Family Support Group: The ongoing monthly support group for families and friends with loved ones deployed or transitioning home as a new veteran meets at 7 p.m. tonight at West Concord Union Church. You can find more info here

5. Warming Up: Should be mostly sunny today, with a high of 88, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a mostly clear evening with a low of 59.
