Little Women The Musical

From the team that brought us The Sound of Music comes LITTLE WOMEN, the hit Broadway Musical directed by internationally known director and actress, Myriam Cyr along with Jay Pension of  Boston Children’s Theatre.  Join the March sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy as they grow up in Civil War America. Louisa May Alcott’s beloved classic of the value of family, hope, and personal discovery will be brought to life on The Community House stage for 12 shows June 18-29. Families will delight in a true theatrical experience, bringing the audience to laughter and tears, all the while inspiring and nurturing the human spirit.

Little Women The Musical features three talented casts which will each perform four shows under the direction of our professional team. Along with Myriam Cyr and Jay Pension, Tiffany Baxter and Jaime Castellanos assume the roles of Music Director and Greg Warwick will choreograph the performances. Ms. Baxter is a voice teacher and versatile performer on the North Shore and Ms. Castellanos of the Boston Children’s Theatre and the Boston Conservatory, has musically directed over fifty productions throughout the country.  Mr. Warwick, has been professionally dancing, singing and teaching for more than three decades. He has performed locally, nationally and internationally.

Production dates: Wednesdays, June 18 & 25 – 7:30pm, Thursdays, June 19 & 26– 7:30pm, Saturdays, June 21 & 28 – 4pm & 7:30pm, and Sundays, June 22 & 29 – 3pm & 6:30pm
