From August 18 - September 1, 2013 food lovers and diners will have the chance to sample cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Cassandra Pianowski all within a colonial chic atmosphere. Chef Cassandra utilizes the freshest produce, seafood and meats from local providers to create the finest seasonally-inspired New England cuisine. A few of the items will include vegetable gazpacho (soon to be featured on WHDH-TV Channel 7's "The Dish), crab tostado, summer salmon, coffee brined pork tenderloin, tequila lime shrimp tacos and zucchini and summer squash cakes.
