OBITUARY - Mary Elizabeth Crocker

 Mary Elizabeth Crocker age 97 and long time resident of Concord passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2013 at Life Care Center of Acton.  

Born in Somerville on March 25, 1916 she was the daughter of the late Lee K. and Edna (Eaton) Crocker.

Raised and educated in Concord, she graduated from Concord High School.  She worked for many years as both a bookkeeper and cashier for the local A&P Market where she was known and admired by many customers.

Mary was a member of the West Concord Union Church and also participated in many church and local groups and organizations. (list any other specific groups etc.)

Mary was loved by all her family and friends for her many acts of kindness and love. (list specific attributes etc.)

She is survived by her sister Lucy J. Espie of Effingham, NH and George R. Crocker of Maynard as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  She was also the sister of the late Charles “Cliff” Crocker, Ruth Norgoal, Kenneth Crocker, Leonard Crocker, Ronald Crocker and Ralph Crocker.

Services were held in the Concord Funeral Home on Thursday, July 25, 2013 with Rev. Hannah C. Brown, Pastor of the West Concord Union Church officiating.  Interment followed in the family burial plot at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
