OBITUARY- George M. Maloof

George M. Maloof, 76, longtime Concord resident, passed away peacefully at his home in Concord on August 20, 2013. He was the beloved husband for 49 years of Ruth A. (Palmer) Maloof.

He was the loving father of Michael G. Maloof and his wife Ann of Newburyport and Maureen (Maloof) Rancatore and her husband David of Hopkinton and was the devoted Jiddu of Nicolas and Myles Maloof and Lily and Drew Rancatore. He was the brother of Lila Haddad, Mitchell Maloof, Laurice David, and Diana Deering and the late Barbara Sawan.

For many years, prior to his retirement, Mr. Maloof was employed at IBM and Eastman Kodak.

Concord's town flag will fly at half-staff on Friday in recognition of Mr. Maloof's service to his country in the Army of the United States.

Visitation:
Visiting hours Thursday, August 22nd at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center from 7 to 9 PM.


Service:
Graveside service Friday, August 23rd in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. Procession to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery will begin at 10 AM from the Dee Funeral Home.
