OBITUARY- Martha M. (Dee) Pagano

Martha Mary (Dee) Pagano, 89, of Concord died Tuesday July 1, 2014 in Acton. She was the beloved wife of 33 years of the late Anthony J. Pagano.

Born in Concord on January 4, 1925, she was the daughter of the late James Hugh Dee and Agnes C. (O'Dowd) Dee. She attended Concord schools and was a 1943 graduate of Concord High School. She later graduated from Burdette College in Boston in 1946.

Mrs. Pagano was employed for several years for the Concord Public Schools. She was also… a long time Home Aide and Companion, employed through Bullock's Nursing Service in Concord.

She was a former member of the Concord Emblem Club.

She was the mother of Ann Mankiewicz and her husband Stephen of Lancaster, Donna L. Spinelli and her husband Joseph of Maynard, Deborah L. Pagano of Glencoe, MO and the late Jane E. Brown, grandmother of Craig S. Mankiewicz and his wife Susan of Lowell, Sarah J. Varno and her husband Kevin of Fitchburg, Joseph F. Spinelli Jr. of Maynard and Austin and Andrea Zakrzewski, both of Glencoe, Mo., sister of Norman E. Dee and his wife Joan of Concord and the late Marian F. Roman, Charles W. Dee Sr. and James H. Dee Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral will be held Wed. July 9th from the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford St., CONCORD CENTER at 9am followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord at 10 am.

Interment St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord,

Visiting hours Tuesday July 8th from 5:30 to 8 PM.
