Winner of $1000 West Concord Gift Basket Chosen

On Saturday at Discover West Concord, Dot Higgins chose the winner of the $1000 gift basket of West Concord goods and gift cards: Ervina Hamilton of Framingham, whose daughter Janet works at Debra's. She loves to shop in west Concord and exclaimed when she learned she had won, "You're kidding! I never win anything!"
