A Facelift for the West Concord Shopping Plaza
The renovations will add three cupolas and extend the overhang on the building at 1200 Main St in West Concord.
Construction is underway to give the West Concord Shopping Plaza a facelift.
According to Town Manager Chris Whelan's most recent report, building permits were issued last week to allow the changes, which will include adding three cupolas and "extending the overhang on the building so that the water coming off of the roof no longer drips onto the middle of the sidewalk."
The plaza located at 12000 Main St in West Concord, features a variety of businesses, including a 7-Eleven, Vincenzo's restaurant and West Concord Wine and Spirits. All of the businesses appeared to be open during the early stages of construction last week.
