The park on April 21 will host the annual Patriot's Day celebration.

Minute Man National Historical Park is open for the season.

The visitor center is open daily from 9:00 to 5:00.

New this year at the visitor center is an exhibit depicting Peter Salem, an African American minute man.

"Between 20 and 40 colonists who fought on April 19, 1775 were African or Native American 'Patriots of Color,'" the park said in a statement.

On April 21, the park will host the annual Patriot's Day celebration.
