Will Christmas and New Year's Affect Trash and Recycling Pickup in Concord?
For many, pickup will be delayed a day due to the upcoming holidays.
With Christmas coming next week, and New Year's the week after, you might be wondering how the holidays will impact Concord's trash and recycling pickup services.
Well, the town has released the holiday schedule. And, for many residents, it the holiday means pickup will be pushed back a day.
According to the town website, for the Christmas and New Year’s weeks, Monday and Tuesday pickups will occur as usual, but Wednesday, Thursday and Friday pickups will be delayed one day, with Friday’s collections occurring on Saturday those weeks.
