5 Things: Nathaniel Philbrick in Town to Talk About His Latest Book

1. Nathaniel Philbrick at the Concord Museum: At 7 p.m. this evening at the Concord Museum, the museum, Concord Free Public Library and The Concord Bookshop welcome award-winning author Nathaniel Philbrick as he speaks about his new book, Bunker Hill: A City, A Siege, A Revolution, an in-depth look at the bloodiest battle of the Revolution and the blisteringly real origins of America. 2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Concord Housing Authority at 8 a.m., the Middle School Advisory Council at 3 p.m., the Minuteman Advisory Group on Interlocal Coordination (MAGIC) at 3 p.m. and the Historic Districts Commission at 7:30 p.m. 

3. Exhibition: Landscapes and Moonscapes: An exhibit of charcoal drwaings by Maynard resident Cynthia Rodday and watercolor paintings by Groton resident Terry Durell, "Landscapes and Moonscapes" will be on display at the Concord Free Public Library through June 29.
