Kids Books and Pottery Club

Mother and Daughter Tales, pt. II (Saturday, June 9, 2-4pm):Children (age 7-10) read and discuss together tales from around the world, participate in fun word finds, and try (optional) pottery painting inspired by the story. The Barefoot Books of Mother & Daughter Tales offers a rich array of meaningful tales of mothers and daughters from around the world, from the familiar Naomi and Ruth story of Jewish tradition, to lesser known Chinese and Iroquois stories. Ages 7-10. Club is FREE; book purchase and pottery discounted for participants. Pre-register to attend; Limit of 8 children.
