Bet You Didn't Know This About Back-to-School Night

Get caught up on the start of the school year and register to vote all in the same place.

Voter registration not up to date? Fear not. Help is on the way. 

During the months of September and October, the League of Women Voters of Concord-Carlisle will be setting up shop at back to school nights at Concord's public schools and the Carlisle Elementary School Parents' Night. 

At each event, LWVCC members will offer voting info and help folks register to vote or update any out-of-date information, according to a press release from the league.

Just look for the LWV table upon arrival and they'll hook you up. 

Additionally, LWVCC is also participating in National Voter Registration Day, according to the press release. National Voter Registration Day is a nationwide, nonpartisan effort to register thousands of voters on one single day, that day being Tuesday, Sept. 24.

As such, the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 24, LWVCC members will register voters at the Alcott School -- that's Back-to-School Night for grades 3 to 5 there. It's a day later for grades K-2.
