Help the Homeless Without Leaving West Concord

Hosting a 'Have a Heart' raffle, the Ninety Nine Restaurant in West Concord is lending a hand to Pine Street Inn.

Helping the homeless is as easy as dining out this weekend.

The Ninety Nine Restaurant and Pub in West Concord is participating in the annual “Have a Heart” raffle, which raises funds for the Pine Street Inn, a resource for the region’s homeless population.

The raffle runs through March 10 at Ninety Nine restaurant locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, offering guests the chance to win a pair of Green Monster seats to a Red Sox game this summer even as they support the Pine Street Inn, according to a press release.

Tickets cost $2 each or three for $5. All proceeds benefit the Pine Street Inn, which is the largest resource for homeless men and women in New England.

From the press release:

With a mission to end homelessness, Pine Street provides permanent housing, job training, emergency shelter and street outreach to more than 11,000 individuals annually. The Ninety Nine Restaurants are among the more than 4,000 volunteers each year who help Pine Street provide these crucial services to homeless men and women.
